Raised by Paul Gaarder at High School of Agriculture Norway 1975 as a sport from Else Schluck.
An arendsii hybrid.
Is the same as “Augustleuchten” which was raised by Arends but has been lost to cultivation as it was not very vigorous.

A very good garden plant with deep red panicles of flower, however it is not very vigorous and needs regular dividing to keep it going.
